Egg Handling Production Belts

Our Egg Handling Production Belt range includes:

2”, 3”, 3-3/4”, 4”, 5”, 8” & 12” widths in rolls up to 1500ft in length.
Belts are UV & antistatic treated, pre-stretched & manufactured to ensure the eggs stay in place.
Our 10-mil 3-7/8” Mylar Egg Belt is designed for Diamond, Farmer Automatic & Salmet systems.
The 12” & 14” double weave polypropylene belts are designed for cross collectors.
Perforated Polypropylene Belts in 8” wide rolls ensure eggs maintain their position on the belt & that the dirt is allowed to fall through.
A range of White FDA Rubber Egg Fingers can either be supplied fitted onto our new belts, fitted onto existing belts or sold in bulk quantities.
Our range of Premium Grade Breeder Nest System Collector Belts is available in 3”, 3-3/4, 4”. 5”. & 8” widths in rolls up to 1500ft in length.
